Studio Pink Pineapple has officially sent waves through the community by revealing major updates for their highly anticipated upcoming adult anime series, Pure x Holic: Junketsu Otome to Kon’in Kankei!? The Animation.
The upcoming sequel is confirmed to consist of a 2-episode OVA and is officially scheduled for a simultaneous global premiere on August 28.
Official Synopsis & Storyline
The narrative once again follows Taichi Amano, a protagonist blessed with a unique and extraordinary constitution known as the “Awakening Essence.” Having engaged in numerous passionate encounters with various demi-humans, Taichi’s exclusive powers have evolved to unprecedented heights. Because of this massive awakening, he has been chosen for a prestigious sacred duty: to marry and bear offspring with the absolute pinnacle of the demi-human races. His new brides-to-be include:
- Hathor – The majestic representative of the Divine Cows.
- Astraea – The mystical spirit representing the Fairy Clan.
- Aruru – The pure holy maiden of the Holy Unicorns.
Adding a fascinating twist to this arrangement, a strict biological trait of their respective races dictates that these pure, innocent maidens will completely lose all romantic capability toward anyone else once they are bound to their official marriage partner.
However, this grand union is far from smooth sailing. Kuon, Mai, and the rest of the heroine harem from the previous installments refuse to sit idly by and watch Taichi be taken away. They immediately deploy a calculated plan to sabotage and stop the wedding at all costs—even as the three new virgin brides grow closer and closer to fully surrendering their bodies and souls to Taichi…
