The story follows Touka, a 19-year-old university student who steps into college life filled with innocent dreams of friendship and sweet romance. However, beneath her ordinary facade, she harbors a deeply intense, hidden passion for premium adult novelty toys. During a private moment where she is completely absorbed in testing a brand-new toy imported from abroad, Touka is secretly caught on camera by her childhood friend, Kokoha.

In a shocking twist, Kokoha is far from a normal college girl—she is actually the secret magical heroine known as Tear Heart. Kokoha’s supernatural powers are entirely fueled by “Shy Energy” (S-Energy), a rare force generated exclusively from the intense embarrassment and shame experienced by pure, innocent maidens. Because Kokoha herself is far too bold and unbothered, she cannot produce this energy on her own. Utilizing the sensitive blackmail footage, Kokoha forces a reluctant Touka into becoming her magical partner under the alias Magical Jousei Christhea.
