Deep within a dark and perilous forest, a young girl named Alps wanders alone. This forest is the birthplace of terrifying legends—a place where the shadows themselves seem alive, lurking and waiting for those who lose their way. Although her body trembles with fear, Alps refuses to stop. Clutched tightly in her hand is a rare medicinal herb: the only hope to save her terminally ill sister.

However, determination alone is not enough to face the cruelty of the ancient woods. As a thick fog rolls in, Alps suddenly encounters a group of mysterious men with eyes full of malice. Worse still, piercing screeches begin to echo through the trees, signaling the arrival of bizarre entities that begin to hunt her relentlessly.

A brutal game of “Onigokko” (Tag) has officially begun. Trapped in a forest with no escape, what can Alps—an innocent and pure girl—do to protect herself from the predators hungering for her body? Will she be able to deliver the medicine to her sister, or will she become the ultimate “prize” for the winners of this sinful game of cat and mouse?
