Kono Kaisha… Nanika Okashii! – Episode 2

The story follows Ayaka Sekimoto, a promising new hire who has recently joined a corporation defined by an incredibly bizarre and unsettling work environment. From her very first days, Ayaka uncovers a disturbing reality: the female staff members within this office are systematically subjected to targeted psychological manipulation and boundary-crossing behavior by their male colleagues.

However, the anomaly goes far deeper. Ayaka is horrified to realize that instead of resisting or escaping, the women in the office have gradually succumbed to the intense pressure, seemingly adapting to and becoming entangled in this distorted workplace dynamic.

Standing at the crossroads of a highly compromised environment filled with toxic influence, will Ayaka manage to maintain her moral integrity, or will she soon find herself swept into the inescapable, dark spiral of this corporate culture?
